Your Call Football and the CFL seem like a match made in football heaven. Yet another player is headed north of the border for the 2018 season. Last month, defensive end Quinton Bradley was signed by the CFL’s BC Lions.

Quinton joined YCF after a standout career at the University of Idaho where he led the team in sacks and tackles-for-loss his senior season. The San Antonio native showcased his talent during YCF’s two-week training camp in April and in 2 out of the 3 games before being offered a CFL contract prior to the 3rd and final YCF game.

His statement game was his final game, YCF Game 2, when he recorded a game-high 5 tackles for Team Grit. His abilities were clear right out of the gate with plays like this one in Game 1 when he effectively put pressure on the quarterback and denied the initial pass attempt to force an incompletion.

Bradley joins the BC Lions as a defensive end and will compete against many of his former YCF peers in a now well-represented CFL.

Best of luck in BC, Quinton!
